①Medal design artwork. With the spread of computer technology, computer sketches replaced the previous manual drawings.

②Pressure. The mold, which is often heat treated, is mounted on a pressing table, and a different medal material is placed, such as a piece of copper or a piece of iron pressed by the pattern.

③ Punching. Using the pre-made die, the products are punched out one by one with a punch according to their shape.

④Polishing. The product punched by the knife die is placed in the polishing machine for polishing, which improves the smoothness of the product.

⑤Accessories for welding medals. Solder the back of the product to the standard accessories of the medal or the accessories required by the customer.

⑥ Plating and coloring the medals. The medals are electroplated according to the customer's requirements, which can be gold-plated, nickel-plated, red-copper-plated, etc., and then the medals are colored according to the customer's requirements. After finishing the coloring, high temperature baking is performed to strengthen the color fastness. Through this step, a complete medal that meets the customer's requirements is produced.

⑦Medal custom mold. Import the manuscript into the computer, design a program engraving machine to edit the tool path to engrave the mold, pay attention to the thickness of the blade pattern during the engraving process, and check whether the mold is missing after engraving. Finally, the mold is processed to enhance the hardness and durability of the mold.
